“For a five star hotel it was disappointing. First the positives… the pool, and pool area was wonderful and spacious. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. That’s where it ends. The check-in was terrible. The clerk didn’t even smile or offer us a welcome drink as other guests were given. Despite it being a VIP Expedia hotel we were not offered an upgrade. We asked for an early check in and we were denied. We asked for a late check out and again, they said no. And we……

“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”

“Lovely hotel and excellent staff, but don’t choose it because of the outdoor pool. We found this unusable as it’s open to the public and unbelievably crowded. Also the pool is small and not suitable for kids as it’s full of adults just standing in it. The indoor pool was a saving grace. The room and breakfast were good and the outdoor rooftop restaurant was a beautiful place to eat one night.”

“The staff was very helpful and would cleen the room was fine expect for the bathroom. Everytime some took a shower it would flood the whole think. The shower was not isolated properly. Also there where some noises at night from the outside part of the AC. They did offer for us to change the room during the end of our stay. The breakfast was a very nice buffet.”
