「The entire hotel is really well kept everything is clean and bright they obviously take pride in it and the old building is lovely Staff are all really friendly and make you feel welcome from reception to the spa and bar area」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」
