Our room was spectacular and cozy, but our favorite (by far) memory will be meeting your Innkeeper Deb. Deb is and always will be a big part in this chapter of our girl’s yearly adventure. "It was easy find. Clean…especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Filled with nice amenities. Very close (walkable) to downtown GH and the boardwalk/pier. Would love to stay there again. "

"My family and I travel several times each year and typically rent accommodations and rely heavily upon reviews. Grand Haven is a favorite spot. This condo is perhaps one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. You have a great view of the lake, river & boardwalk from the balcony and comfy chairs there to enjoy the view. All features and amenities are high end and immaculate. The kitchen is very well appointed and the beds were clean and comfortable . A truly beautiful & comfortable environment to rest and relax, or take in all the local attractions and restaurants. You will not be disappointed. And if that isn’t enough, the host was prompt, professional, and extremely accommodating . Truly a 5 star experience. "

"We rented this house and arrived after driving for 9 hours to find it had been condemned. We were in contact with the owner on our way there who didn’t bother to tell us it had been condemned the week before. We called him when we got there and he didn’t answer the call forcing us to contact VRBO to get a refund. He left our family of 8 scrambling to find another place to stay for our 8 day vacation costing us an additional 500 out of pocket not to mention the hassle and stress. I do not recommend anyone book this property. The owner should be ashamed of himself. "
