- Directly on the Würm river, which is fed by Lake Starnberg and later flows into the Isar, the house offers pure nature. The water is wonderful and invites you to swim. With air mattresses, you can drift downstream with the tranquil current...

- Several terraces with a view of the river make the place unique with a beautiful biotope. Numerous lounge and garden furniture, especially in summer, transform the garden into a spacious living room

- A recently renovated pool in the basement with the latest technology invites not only children to splash around. A customised current system also offers the best training opportunities for demanding swimmers. The water is warm all year round at 26° Celsius (79° Fahrenheit), the air temperature in the pool room is kept at 28° Celsius (82° Fahrenheit) by aircon

- Right next to the swimming pool, guests have access to a sauna with all amenities such as hot and cold showers, a relaxation room, bathrobes and bath towels.

- The living and dining area on the ground floor, which is almost 70m² (750 sf) in total, offers a comfortable sofa/seating area with a 65-inch Smart TV and a fireplace that can be used all year round

- The barbecue house, located about 20 meters from the house, offers a gas / charcoal barbecue with all accessories. There are also numerous leisure sports equipment such as table tennis table, swimming equipment, bowls, dart board

In a total of 5 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms spread over the ground and upper floors, there are 3 double beds and 5 single beds for a total of up to 11 people plus a crib for children up to the age of 3.

The location is perfect: directly on the river Würm in the midst of beautiful nature, yet only 28 minutes by car from Munich's Stachus. It's even quicker by S-Bahn. Approx. 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot to the "Stockdorf" S-Bahn station and from there every 20 minutes to the city center of the metropolis of Munich in just 22 minutes by S-Bahn. Perfect for major events to which you want or need to travel by public transport, such as concerts or the Oktoberfest.

The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi using the mesh method with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s everywhere.

The house is open to children of all ages and offers numerous play opportunities. But please take care of your children, both at the pool and at the river Würm or on the outdoor terrace children must always be supervised by adults.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Parties are not permitted. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house or on the property is 11.

Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we clean and change the bed linen every 7-10 days for a final cleaning charge of 499 euros. This ensures that you can always use the house in the best possible condition, even during longer stays. Of course, we will arrange the exact cleaning times with you during the day so that you are not disturbed.

The rental takes place in the name and for the account of the owners through the professional vacation home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. The owners are temporarily traveling and live in the house from time to time. Guests therefore enjoy a professional service in a wonderful private ambience with lots of charm. The rental price includes 7% VAT. Accommodation invoices can be issued (please request).

The house and the entire 900 m² garden are exclusively available to guests, as well as a large terrace platform on the Würm with an unobstructed view over the river.

You live about 15 minutes from Lake Starnberg, 25 minutes by car or S-Bahn from Munich Stachus, 45 minutes by car from the beautiful spa town of Bad Tölz, 60 minutes by car from Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, 80 minutes by car from Neuschwanstein Castle and in the opposite direction 120 minutes by car from Königssee.
