Every morning we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The staff was wonderful and we loved the quiet walks along the canals to get to the center of town (about 15 mins). We would definitely stay again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. They generously allowed us to store our luggage until 5:30 p.m. after check-out so we could spend the day doing research at the university library. Since the front desk is not staffed after 2:00 p.m., they clearly explained how to contact them. When we called, they immediately opened the door remotely so we could collect our luggage. It was a very clever and convenient system, and everything worked...

Hotel is staffless and you get the key sent to your phone to enter the main entrance and room (requires internet), this was fine for us.
