"Hotel is a little far out if you do not have a car rental, however, you're only a 15 minute walk from a bus that will take you to central station. Staff were helpful and nice, rooms were beautiful"

"Bed hurt our backs. The shower was a wash room which was not advertised. The door handle to the bedroom was broken and locked us in (fire risk). We found fake eyelashes on the bed. No one on the front desk when we walked past both days to ask to switch rooms. The window was so high up we couldn’t reach it. The tv didn’t work and wasn’t set up on any channels. Not worth the money"

"The hotel rooms were simple but clean with a nice ocean view. The food wasn't great but ok, the towels were very thin. The staff was disinterested. There were 3 fire alarms while we were there in which we had to evacuate the rooms - all were false alarms thankfully, but evacuating in our pajamas wan't nice, and we were given no explanations. On a positive note, they do seem to be child-friendly."
