Guest access
Guests have access to entire house and trail off to the left side near fire pit. Guests are not allowed down to the community’s boat dock. That is private and can have legal consequences if trespassing in that off limits to all but homeowners who live there and have a boat. Please do not litter or shoot any type of firearm on the property. This will result in a heavy fine and is in place for everyone’s safety. If you want to target practice, Panther Top has a public range with pay what you can money box and is open most days all day.
Other things to note
You MUST have a 4WD or AWD to access and leave property without getting stuck. We recommend you stop and get groceries before arriving at cabin. Ingles is in Murphy and Blue Ridge depending on route. It’s a 40min drive to closest store so try to come prepared. There are bugs in the woods and may get in house if doors are left open. Be sure to have mosquitos spray or long clothing at night. Please don’t use canoes without signing waiver.
