Relaxing Stay

Loved, loved everything about the house with the exception of parking. Repairmen and other full time owners park in the small driveway blocking access. Also gotta do better with the TV. Seriously, can’t watch college football on a Saturday? The house was very clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable too. Will certain be coming back, but with a different TV option in hand, and a Plymouth Horizon for parking.

This was a great and relaxing vacation with a wonderful house. I especially enjoyed the balcony as it seemed to have just the right amount of sunlight and shade without getting too hot. I also liked the links with the property guide, and area guide that gave recommendations on places to dine out and things to do. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience.

Weekend Stay At The Beach

Enjoyed our stay. Property was quiet, beautiful, and very clean. Everything was provided for us. The only thing I would suggest adding is just a few extra blankets! Lots of towels available, fully stocked kitchen appliances, and comfortable beds!

I didn’t want to leave

Stay was lovely. House was very clean and beds sooo comfortable! They had everything we needed, kitchen stocked full of pots, pans, etc. the only issue was that our outside trash can stayed inside overflowing with trash from the week before plus ours. Might be a good idea to have 2 outside cans. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

The house is literally across the street from the pier and beach access. Quiet retreat for those who just want a peaceful weekend. Please note: there are a lot of stairs to get in the home and in the house as the bedrooms are all on the second level.

Back in time in Garden City

The house was modern, clean, well stocked with a nice 2nd story porch. Lots of steps to contend with. The beach, arcade and Sams Corner were just a few steps from our door. We spent a whole week spending time at each place without needing a car. We also had a community pool to enjoy. Also the pier was close by with live music at night. I recommend this place for a family get together.

Pool was closed entire time and picture makes it look like that is community pool in the background but it is not, that is a neighbor's private pool. I made the mistake of stocking the refrigerator the first day and when we woke up everything was warm- milk, eggs, etc. Took two days for it to cool down. It was generally very clean, maid service missed the master bath so fingernail clippings, hair and dirt in shower, etc but rest of home clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful place. We had a great. The weather was perfect for April. We also were able to utilize the pool which always great. The cleaners did an amazing job. The fridge was so clean you’d have thought it was brand new and we were the first to use it! I had a problem with the sink in the primary bedroom and they came to fix it within 2 hours. There was a table on the balcony that’s pretty rusty and probably needs thrown away. I would have liked it if the property had some board games and maybe some beach chairs for renters to use but otherwise it was a great place!
