Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came back to Garden City Beach after 15 years. Our home, the view of the marsh, covered dock and pool didn't disappoint. This home is fabulous, owner makes sure all is good and Garden City realty extremely responsive to all questions. Hope we can get this home again when our family decides to return.

It had absolutely everything you could need from indoor and outdoor games to crab traps and fishing poles. Even beach chairs and a canopy for the beach. My only wish is that it had a screened in porch because it rained for several days but what an amazing house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As there were not many choices available, we were able to secure this home due to a cancelation. It turned out that this property is exactly what we were looking for and more. The distance from the beach and access to the inlet were awesome. The dock area was a delight and was used heavily by out typically anti-beach fishermen! The house, although periodic issues with the AC, was absolutely perfect!!! We were very happy with out stay and the attention the owner's have to detail. Mr. Murray even stopped in to make sure out stay was good. Hats off to the owners of this property and the people at Garden City Realty! I would recommend another refrigerator on the property in the downstairs area to help with ice and additional refreshments.

My sons loved fishing off the dock and my daughters and daughters-in-law loved the proximity to the beach. The lot next door was having a new house built and the workers were there at 7 am to begin outside so there was lots of beeping and trucks and equipment in and out until 5:30 pm. But my sons work like that for a living and so we understood and allowed them to park as needed in the driveway or on the sidewalk in front of the house. We were glad to see life going on normally! Murray’s was just as described and very well stocked. My grandchildren loved the sun room in back. The TVs were not turned on all week. We just cooked and talked and laughed and fished and swam and said our prayers and went to sleep. It was a wonderful trip.

This house was incredibly stocked with fun things- including (but not limited to) ping pong, corn hole, crochet, easy access to the beach complete with a wagon for chairs and umbrella! So many special touches from owners. Beautifully decorated and comfortable!!

There was a beach access across the street, so we would load our cooler and wagon and take the short walk across the street. The beach area was never crowded. In the evenings we would enjoy a cold beverage while sitting on the covered dock watching boats pass by in the canal. The swimming pool was an added bonus. We appreciated that it was cleaned a few times during our stay. The inside of the house has been updated and the kitchen has any tool or appliance you could possibly need. We received a very quick response with a small issue we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this home.
