This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time I have selected river view room. Glad to be able to view Mt Fuji while I am working! Convienent location - close to Shibuya, many shops/restaurants just below the hotel. Staff are very nice and helpful with Amazon packages and also to resolve my issues with highway bus online reservation and payment. They helped me to call highway bus to figure out my mistakes (e.g. need to switch to Japanese keyboard to type my Japanese name). Many...

The room is modern and everything is well designed. Careful to small details and make the stay cozy. The location is good which the hotel is above JR station although it needs around half an hour to centre of Tokyo. However, the sound insulation would be better improved which I heard the snore of the room next door.
