“For years now, when picking a hotel - I go with location rather than anything else. This one was a bit strange at first. I was in the single room and actually giggled when walked in. Definitely smaller than most rooms in most places I stayed, but hey - had everything for any traveler. I like to leave early and come back only to sleep. Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast options, as I prefer having it at local coffee bars. Would for sure stay there again. The only downside was the fact……

“Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.”

“Very helpful staff. The room is huge, clean,stylish,nice linen,nice bathrooms… I will give a 10/10. I will stay here again if I will go back to Venice. And I will definitely recommend it to people I Know. Great location too.”

“飯店設施稍嫌老舊,第一晚入住按摩浴缸無法使用且浴缸漏水.但反應之後立刻換一間房間.有迎賓飲料與小點心 這讓人非常驚訝.距離碼頭超級近,走路去聖馬可廣場大約5~10分鐘.”

“I love this hotel from the friendly staff to the room condition and location. The room is small but neat and beautiful. The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. I would recommend anyone who's coming to Venice this excellent hotel. It will definitely make one of greatest experiences in this magical city. ”

“雖然我們只有兩個人，但是幫我們安排了兩間相連的房間，還有頂樓可以上去吹吹風看風景，聆賞床外的水道不時有唱著義大利民謠的貢多拉划過，一邊品嚐房間裡提供的香醇膠囊咖啡，此情此景夫復何求。”

“Séjour extra. L’hôtel est idéalement placé (3’ à pied de l’arrêt San Angelo ligne 1 et ligne orange pour l’aéroport). Dans une rue très calme à 2 pas de la place San stéphano et du pont de l’académie. Hôtel très propre. Nous avions la chambre Bellini au dernier étage. Un peu chaud sous les toit mais nickel avec la Clim. ”
