"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? It is a very special place. However, and perhaps most would consider...
"We had an amazing time at Château La Rametière. The place is stunning — beautifully restored, full of character, and super cozy. The hosts made us feel really welcome, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had. It’s such a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back!"
"A lovely traditional hotel with its own historic significance. An excellant restaurant in the best French tradition. Friendly, professional, efficient staff willing to "go the extra mile" for guests."

"My wife and I stayed one night at the hotel as we wanted to experience Mont St Michael in the abbey. Hotel parking is offsite. Do not forget to get a code from the hotel as guest overnight parking requires a code to enter. Also be prepared to pay for your parking and will need to have your ticket to exit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and very good. We had dinner at their restaurant and thought it was great. Have the front desk make reservations for you. The room had a window to the street with a beautiful view of the water but was loud in the morning as vendors on forklifts were bringing supply’s into the Abbey. The bed mattress was not the most comfortable but it didn't keep me from sleeping. Overall, if you want to spend the night on the Abbey this hotel is a good choice."
"We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is great—nice and very clean. The view is nice, too! However, our room wasn't ready until 4:20 p.m., not 4:00 p.m. We were able to drop off our bags before checking in and after checking out, which was very convenient. Overall, it was very positive."
"Perfect location for visiting Mont St Michel with the shuttle bus stopping right in front of hotel. Alternately you can enjoy the walk, approx 30 min with lovely views. Family of four, stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious and clean. Great water pressure in shower. Surroundings are peaceful and quiet, just sounds of birds so we slept wonderfully. The breakfast is an excellent value and I’d highly recommend it. I’d stay here again if we come back for another visit "
"Beautiful old manor, impressive entry to the property. In need of cleaning and extensive maintenance. Beautiful grounds, lots of greenery and extremely lush. Room was very small, but worked. No air conditioning, had to open windows but no screens. Must carry your bags up a very narrow spiral staircase. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, food presentation was excellent. Overall would recommend and would stay again, but would love to see the owners do some overall repairs."
"La Maison des Greves is a lovely property, ideal for either a relaxing break or as the focal point for visiting the many historic sites which the area has to offer. The large garden was perfectly suited to our plan to unwind for a fortnight, and the fact that it is shared with the gite next door was not a problem. The views across the bay to the Mont St Michel are spectacular. Would thoroughly recommend, although the two flights of stairs between bedroom and loo are perhaps not best suited to those who need to pay a 'visit' through the night. Look out for the 'gardener' - the automated grass-cutter - which has a habit of getting stuck under the hedge."
