「We loved staying here! The family were lovely and accommodating. They took through the wilderness in their back yard and beyond which was super cool. The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. 「I booked a stay (2 rooms) at this hotel a month in advance. After departing my first hotel in Cusco and spending a great day with a travel tour guide/ group, the tour guide dropped me and my family off at Plaza Gibaja in Ollantaytambo, only to find there was NO ONE WORKING at the hotel. We spent hours ringing their doorbell, and trying to contact them. NO ANSWER on their phone line or door. 「Pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée. Pas de serviette ni de savon. Eau froide, demander pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Si il y a assez d'eau dans le chauffe eau! Ce qui ne fut pas mon cas. Très bruyant, lumineux avec des rideaux en papier. Réveillé chaque heure de la nuit par la famille tenancière qui parle, bouge, etc... Ce n'est pas une vérité écrite, mais mauvaise expérience.
