「This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.」

「Was placed into the wrong room and given a new one. Our new room wasn't cleaned after the prior client. The bedsheets had paw prints and pee stains. The bathroom was dirty with old towels. When we politely asked for custodial staff, we were met with an attitude and waited 20 minutes outside our room for someone to sassily give us new sheets and ignore the bathroom. 「The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.」
