Beautiful place to visit

We love love love this resort. Friendly and warming staff always ready to assist you. Beautiful place inside and out. We love the restaurant and pool side bar. And the many hot tubs they have to offer. Diamond in the rough for sure. In the past 4 yrs we’ve already had 3 vacations here and we’ll definitely be back. A must visit destination

Stayed for a girls trip with 5 of us in total. The condo was clean and roomy. Beds were super comfy. The oceanfront view was amazing from the 17th floor. The pool area and hot tubs were great and never too crowded. Check in was easy and parking was convenient right across the street. Even though it was pet friendly I never saw any dog waste on the grounds. It was easy access to the beach. Overall it was a good place to stay at a very reasonable rate. U would definitely stay there again if I come down with my family.

Good place to stay

One of the Nicer hotels we have stayed at on the beach. Biggest complaint is room is outdated and bath tub drain wouldn’t drain. It took 12+ hours to drain after a shower. Nice staff. Decent pools. Love the size of the pools so they never felt crowded but could be kept cleaner. For being directly on the beach it is a good selection. Loved all the entertainment that was offered by the pools. Dj on the weekends and events everyday of the week. We had arts and crafts. Contests. Comedy shows. Live music performers. Pool side bar was amazing. Definitely would stay again

I would not stay here again

The building is old and dirty. The room has dirty, stained carpet and furniture. I had to have several things repaired upon arrival. The Murphy bed is the worst, it's dirty and you can feel all of the springs. Towels and extra bedding are not available and the staff is rude. Do not stay in this location.

Very Disappointed

Room was dirty, microwave and side of refrigerator full of rust. A nail sticking out of a chair scratched my arm. Dish drainer under the sink was moldy and covered with what looked like blood from some meat. Room was supposed to have silverware but there was none. I won't stay here again.

Lovely Stay

My daughter and grandkids shared the suite with me. Two thumbs up from all three generations. We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and fresh and meet all our needs. It is nothing fancy, however, if you are looking for family friendly comfort, this unit is for you. To top it off, the ocean and sunrise views were spectacular. We will be back.

Absolutely horrible

Where do I start? We walked in the condo and it smelled like cat pee. We called the front desk and they said "something happened in the room and they tried their best to make it smell better". They had no other rooms for us to stay in so they said they would bring in carpet cleaners the next day to try and fix the smell. We had to leave both doors open all night just to air it out. The next day we go to the pool and come back up to our room smelling like pure chemicals and air freshener. It did nothing to actually fix the smell. The manager stated that they found several other things wrong with the room while we were out. The air conditioning unit was leaking and it was also causing the carpet to be wet under it. They had to bring in a fan to try and dry the carpet out for the next 2 days. We were unable to use the living room and we had to keep the doors open for the entire week. We were forced to stay there because no other places were available. It was absolutely awful! The unit is old and everything in it is out dated, rusted, and broken. Do not believe the photos. The smell was overwhelming and totally ruined our trip. The best the Mgt team could do is comp 2 nights of out 7 night stay. I have never been so disappointed in a place to stay on a vacation. Beware....do not stay in room 1710.

Hoping for a great stay,but wound up underwhelmed

A quick overnight trip to the beach left me feeling that I should have checked other sources before I booked this room. Check in was very hectic. Not enough parking and few luggage carts. The bullet proof glass separating you from the front desk staff leaves you with an uneasy first impression. The room looked just like the photos on VRBO. We were given a room on the 17th floor, which gave us a wonderful view of the ocean and of the overweight man eating cheetoes to our right. He seemed like a nice gentleman and I will give him the benefit of the doubt, that his man spread and oversize bathing suit did not cross his mind as he sat enjoying to sun on the awkward V shaped balcony system of the establishment. I was a little surprised to find that cockroaches could actually climb that high. I can only assume that they were attracted to the rooms musty smell. I would have loved to sleep with the door wall open so that we could enjoy listening to the waves crash on shore, but there were no screen doors on either of the 2 door walls. Instead we were lulled to sleep by the freight train hum of an out of date wall air conditioning unit. Check out was easy. We went early to snag a luggage cart before the rush and only had to wait an extra few minutes for the elevator to arrive, because the second of the 2 was out of service. However, we did meet some very fine people as we stopped at every floor coming down from the 17th, until ours unit reached capacity. After the limit was reached, I felt guilt for having to deny entry to the other 15 floors. My final feeling was relief when we loaded our car to leave knowing I shook ever peice of article of clothing out before packing, to avoid any unwanted hitch hikers. The complex feels like an assembly line with little regard for returning guests. The ocean is always welcoming and my next trip will definitely be more thought out. Good luck with your trip and I hope I helped you make the right decision for your family.
