We loved the Condo. We checked in Monday afternoon. It was in a great location for our family. However, when we went to take showers on Tuesday, we had no hot water. Contacted VACASA, opened a ticket. Was advised we had to wait for the operations manager. Operations Manager called Tuesday late afternoon and joking told us to just take showers in the pools. I personally did not think that was funny at all. He advised he would call us back within a hr to advise what was taking place. This did not happen and when I called him back, his voicemail said he was off till Friday. We leave on Friday and I was not going all week without a shower. I called VACASA back and advised, I spoke to a few managers and they are truly the best! Wednesday came around, still no hot water. The Maintenace man came and advised he suggested we get a different condo. He was not sure when the water issue would be fixed as we were waiting for the owner to call them back and a plumber was needed. Short version, we moved to a different condo to finish out our week. This condo is nice. However, if you have issues, I think there needs to be a better method. I spend an entire day on the phone with people.
