Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The room is well represented by the photographs although a little smaller then appears in picture. Bathroom is very small. Cleanliness needs improvement. Sheets are clean, kitchen well stocked with basics. Fair price charged for the accommodation's. If you're looking for big, fancy, or luxury look somewhere else, but is great for family fun at the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful and so was resort management.

First time visit but won't be the last

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time my family and I stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort. It was convienant to the beach and things around. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. There was an evening that the elevators were acting up and they jumped in and handled it with ease and smiles. The apartment was nice. It was smaller than we are used to but not too small for the 3 of us. We enjoyed having a full kitchen to use that came with everything needed to fix food. We will definitely be back.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The balcony was so small that it was pretty much unusable. Anything hung outside would disappear with the high wind of the 11th floor. Dirty stained carpet in the hallways, fogged glass windows, smell of garbage in the hallway coming from the trash room. I would say the two smaller buildings next to the tower would be a better choice. One overpriced and crappy bar/restaurant on the resort with 8 dollar cans of beer and 18 dollar burgers otherwise you have to drive everywhere because nothing is within walking distance. Also a real cast of characters everywhere complete with fights and flying drinks. I wouldnt go back if it was free.
