Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The unit is in need of repair and updating. Stained carpets, sofa and beds smelled so strongly of cleaning products we had to take the covers off the beds so we could breath. The beds also squeaked and needed to be replaced Only one bowl in unit, for a place that sleeps 4, you would have to take turns to eat. The one toilet runs constantly and the light in the bathtub area barely worked. You had no access to the game room, convince store or restaurant as the unit did not give a lanyard with access in addition you could not go from the beach into the pool area, instead you had to walk around the entire building to get in the main entrance as the lanyard had no access. You also couldn’t go from the parking garage to the facility- why , no key card access Reached out and the response was told to try tapping harder. The facilities us it was the responsibility of who extended from - reacted out again and we were told we could check out!! Will never stay here or use again. Just horrible
