Disliked: Check-in, communication

Smoke alarm blaring before we even opened the door. Stuck in elevator on 3rd use, refrigerator broken entire 5 days over Thanksgiving. Cold- Set for AC when it was 50 degrees- changed to heat and still set for 61. Use of garage but no garage code. Stuff in garage fell on car. Leaky disposal,etc
