Nice home but potential roach Infestation

Nice home. Great location. Easy entry. Found roaches in the master bedroom the night I checked in. Couldn’t tell if they were coming from the closet that was locked for personal use. We did not unpack our clothes, we left everything in our bags. Made sure to not leave food out or crumbs on the floor. Saw another sizeable roach outside of the master bedroom on day 2, in the evening on the wall above the door. Contacted the owner via phone call the same night I checked in - no response. Contacted VRBO via email the same night I checked in. No response. Contacted VRBO the next day to ask for someone to come check and make sure there was no infestation. No response. Contacted VRBO by phone on the last day of my stay. They told me they would contact the host, and would get back to me. I have not heard back from VRBO in 3 days. I have not heard back the host in 6 days. Again. Nice home. Not sure if there’s a roach infestation or not, I could not get confirmation from anyone.
