The Neighborhood:

A variety of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the new Duplin Winery. Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to six people and is approximately 630 SF. The resort offers stellar amenities with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront pool deck, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and Lazy Rivers. Come and see what awaits you at this oceanfront resort unit!



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo rental car service.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Spring 2026:

April 15th: Heaters turned on

June 1st: Heaters turned off

South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15

Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd



Fall/Winter 2025-2026:

October 1: Heaters turn on

December 1: Heaters turn off

Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater

Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10

North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.



All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.



Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed



They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

Watching the sea

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived and everything was as expected at the resort. The view was perfect! However, after renting condos for over 30 years, I feel qualified to offer these suggestions. The unit really needs only one king/queen bed. It is nearly impossible to access the closet and very difficult to get out of beds so close to the walls. The closet had 5 hangers inside for a room that sleeps 6 people. Other than those small issues, we loved it and would return.

Nice property. High cleaning fee since we left it as clean as it was upon arrival. Too many threats about this or that. Lose a towel you get fined. The list is excessive. Needs decent comforters on the beds. Overall, the condo was a good value out of season.

Girls Weekend

Second stay at property for a quick weekend trip. The location of property is great (close to outlets and Walmart) and the location of condo on 4th floor is also a plus with easy access to pool and beach.(Never had to wait on elevator) This is a small condo that really only has room for 2 people. The kitchen still has no where to store groceries. Could tell the condo had definitely not been taken care of (bathroom) since last year and could use some other non-costly updates, which are personal preferences and will email property manager. In my last review (last year)I did say how it would be nice to a have coffee pot that you could set, so your coffee would be ready to go onto the balcony which has great views. They did upgrade to a programmable coffee pot! The late check out process is costly and could be better. Overall, for a quick trip for 2 people the location and condo are nice and we enjoyed our time on the beach!

Overall good stay

Positives- The view from this unit is great, photos don't do it justice! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots/pans for use during the stay. Extra pillows and blankets were provided if needed which was nice. Easy location close to parking deck! Downsides- Beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. Cleanliness of unit when we arrived was moderate- lots of hair in the shower on the walls before we used it, some dishes were dirty in the cabinet, floors had dead bugs and sand on them like they hadn't been swept. There was conflicting information provided in the stay information given once we booked it versus the unit listing. Overall nice stay, would recommend for couples or two adults with 1-2 younger kids as the unit is small but it worked for us just as a couple.

Cute little condo

This condo has a great view of the ocean and pool area. We found it to be clean and nicely decorated. It is small, but it suited 2 adults and our 9 yr old just fine. The location on the 4th floor is convenient and located close to the elevators- and easily accessible to the parking garage.

Mother/Daughter beach trip

Condo was perfect for my mother and I (2 people). Checkin was smooth, location down to pool and beach easy. Enjoyed sitting on balcony. Updates looked good and did follow the listing description. But personally i would have enjoyed a better coffee pot that i could set to make coffee instead of an on/off. Had to go buy a small frying pan and sponge to wash dishes with and only ice trays to fill in freezer. Would have been nice to have somewhere to put groceries, no extra cabinets, had to leave items on counter and then didn't have any counter space. TV was a little confusing, no guide and guide did not work on TV. I know its a condo in a resort but you can hear people in units beside you. Security was on top of things, make sure to have your pool bands at pool! They will ask to see them! Overall my mother and I enjoyed our stay just some personal items that i thought would make it better! We would stay here again for ease to pool and beach!
