This newly updated oceanfront condo located in the Golden Mile boasts a contemporary design, offering stunning ocean and coastline views. The spacious bedroom and living room are both equipped with top-of-the-line features such as stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, granite countertops, and a modern backsplash. The living room also includes a 65" TV, ship lap accents, with an electric fireplace and a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a love seat.

In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed and an additional love seat for extra seating options. The custom flooring adds to the upscale feel of the condo. Step out onto the extra-large balcony where Adirondack chairs and another loveseat provide ample seating to take in the breathtaking views of Myrtle Beach's northern area. With its unparalleled views!

Great location and view

The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor pool was a highlight. Although we didn’t use the indoor pool, it appeared nice as well. We never encountered long waits for the elevator. The view from the deck was spectacular! The updated bathroom and kitchen were great, although we were a bit surprised by the lack of an ice maker. The pots and pans could have been better, but that seems typical for beach rentals. The bedroom, located right at the entrance, had a very small closet and could have used a dresser, but the king bed was very comfortable. Overall, the condo felt a bit cramped due to the excess furniture, and all the pieces could have used a thorough cleaning.

Great ocean view

Condo with a great ocean and pool view. Decorated very nicely and very clean. Small but good for 2 people. Located by many restaurants within driving distance. Condo building has small bar/restaurant on the first floor, however was surprised it was never busy, especially being the weekend of July 4th. Our only suggestion is for the rental company to provide basics in the condo. There was no handsoap in the kitchen or bathroom. Not even one roll of paper towels provided in the kitchen. Didn’t give an extra garbage bag, just the one in the can. 3 bath towels provided, one to two more would be nice too. You will need to bring all basics. Overall it’s a family friendly building.
