    Welcome to `The Beach Barn,` your serene home away from home, flooded with bright, natural light and offering expansive ocean views the moment you step inside. Our condo is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and relaxation.

    * Living Area: The area includes a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests.

    * Bedroom: Unwind in the cheerful and inviting bedroom space, which features a cozy indoor fireplace for cool evenings. Drift off to sleep in a plush king bed, complete with premium linens and pillows for a truly restful night.

    * Bathroom: Enjoy a spa-like experience in the modern, renovated bathroom, which features a luxurious walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

    **Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver**
    We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

    **Parking Limitations**
    No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
    Check-In and Check-Out:
    Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
    Early check-in or late check-out might be accommodated based on availability; please communicate in advance.

    Smoking and Vaping:
    Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the property.
    Designated outdoor smoking areas are available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

    Pets:
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises.

    Noise and Disturbances:
    Respect other guests and neighbors; please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late evenings and early mornings.

    Maximum Occupancy:
    The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the listing.
    No additional overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation without prior approval.

    Damages and Breakages:
    Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during their stay. Please report any incidents immediately to the host.

    Amenities and Appliances:
    Kindly use all amenities and appliances provided in the property with care and according to instructions. Ensure all lights, air conditioning, and electronic devices are turned off when leaving the property.

    Cleaning and Tidiness:
    Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and leave the property in a tidy condition. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation, but excessive mess or additional cleaning required may incur an extra fee.

    Pool and Recreational Areas:
    Follow all posted rules and guidelines when using common areas, including the pool, gym, or any other recreational facilities.
    Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in these areas.

    Security and Keys:
    Keep the property secure at all times and ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving.

    Parking:
    Follow the parking guidelines provided by the host or building management. A garage gate code will be sent just before check-in

    Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
    Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

Great stay

The property was clean, and the view was awesome! The three most important factors for me in a stay were all perfect: Beds: Super comfortable – excellent for a good night's sleep. TVs: New and high-quality, providing a great viewing experience. Shower: Fantastic water pressure and hot– truly excellent. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Highly recommended!

Our Stay

The room was fine but small. The kitchen was ok - I'm used to more room. I would have liked a toaster. The fridge was so cold that the milk froze. I turned it down to the lowest number but that didn't make any difference. So those are a few things that could be addressed, I guess. The view was great. Now, the not-so-good part. The parking garage was tough to navigate. Narrow. We had to back up several times for other cars to make the corner. For that reason alone we will not be returning. I have to add that the hotel was in a great location to lots of things.
