Porcher Villas 3 - Near Ocean!

Summary:
This 2 story, 2 bed/1.5 bath, condo is located on the Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is just a short stroll to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from the ocean, shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.

Minimum booking age: 25

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have ONE (1) ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor unit! Stairs are required inside the property to access the bedrooms (2 stories). Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Enjoy the flat screen TV. Sleeper sofa! Access to large patio via back doors.

**Both bedrooms are upstairs**

Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.

Bathroom 2: Half bathroom (sink and toilet only).

Patio: Spacious! Private.

Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an outdoor swimming pool. Subject to seasonal HOA operation schedule.

Beach: Walk out of the community towards the ocean. Walk right down to our beautiful beach.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private in condo.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pool).

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 8 miles.
- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 5 miles.
- SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is about 4 miles.
- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 10 miles.

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with ONE (1) ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

No pets allowed.

Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 1st Thursday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
