Nice property

Be careful with the toaster. Had the fire department called by alarm which the code to shut it off was not given. Ant problem in kitchen, had to toss a lot of food. Note: beach towels and hand towels not provided. Pack accordingly

North Myrtle Beach house

House was amazing! It has a perfect layout and was extremely spacious for everyone to enjoy. Only negatives were shoddy care from the rental agent. There was a full garbage can by the outside grill and the grill was disgusting! Had to call agent to get someone to clean it and was told by maintenance, he wouldn’t advise using it. We had to go buy a charcoal grill to use for the week. We also had multiple calls for the refrigerator that would not go below 53*, we could not use it the entire week. We loved the house but were very disappointed that these two items were not addressed immediately, as they should have been considering what we paid to rent it. Rob A

Nice Place

House was beautiful and spacious. The pool and beach access was awesome. Plenty of ice makers. Didn’t have to buy a single bag of ice. This place is definitely equipped to entertain. The decks and outdoor furniture are first class. Gas grill worked great. The only negative thing I have to say is there seemed to be some HVAC issues. The downstairs was comfortable other than the bedrooms being too hot for our comfort. The second and third floors were hot and humid. Not sure if the previous tenant did something to cause the units to freeze up or if the a/c needs some work but either way it was like that the whole week we were there. Luckily we didn’t have anyone sleeping upstairs but it was still too uncomfortable to enjoy the game room. With that being said, we still had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful property.
