"The place was dirty and outdated. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. The room I was checked into was in a literal construction zone! I was told be the front desk staff that only one door was accessible due to said construction, which was a complete lie… I paid for the hotel in advance and provided my identification during check in but I was treated as if I had someone else’s credit card and was demanded to show it or I could not check in! The hotel says free breakfast but I was told that there is no breakfast but a ten percent discount would be available at the restaurant next door, they own the restaurant next door! Never have I been to an establishment where there was no hospitality like this establishment! They have no clue that they’re in the hospitality industry! Don’t be cruel to yourself and stay there!!!"

"The room was decent but for over 200 a night I expected it to be a bit better. The shower and toilet were so loud when it was running you could hear all the noise in the room. the hotel said breakfast was included. There were apples, bread and waffles ONLY. The juice tasted like they added concentrate with no water. The only person that was decent was the shuttle driver- she was awesome. At the front desk I was handed the wrong ID, i asked to use a different card and was told no. The woman at the desk was having hot flashes and made sure to tell the whole area. The great thing about the hotel was the free shuttle to the casino and the shuttle driver."

"Clean room, nice staff, convenient location. But the place is under construction and there are no amenities for guests at all. It looks like an abandoned building when you pull up. But it served its purpose for me and the staff were nice. Just looks like the owners are trying to get some income during renovations. Should be disclosed more clearly when you go to make a reservation."
