“We booked a family room. Description said there is lift but in fact not all rooms are accessible by lift. We had to climb up to 3rd floor attic with our heavy luggages. However I truly appreciated the staff helping us to bring down one of our luggages upon our request. Property is quite old but interesting attic setting with two beds. It is located at the centre of the old town, easy to explore the old town from this apartment. ”

“Parking was expensive and a considerably long walk with luggage. The online check-in process was not seamless. It requires taking a photo of your passport, which took multiple login attempts. The host is not onsite, and there is no alternative to this process. The phone agent at this company was not kind in assisting the technology issues.”

“只有住宿地點可以給4🌟，當初訂房所提供的照片沒有一樣是我住宿公寓有的設備，浴室通水口容易堵塞，熱水溫度竟然設置80度C，如果沒有檢查調低，差的燙傷，沒有電梯還讓我們提著3個大行李上頂樓，窗戶拉簾壞掉，連續修理三天還是沒有修好（只住宿4天），建議要來住宿的朋友得要多加考慮！”
