"Check in was great. Close to the beach and pet friendly. The pool was nice. It was cold and when we called, they thought it may be able to be heated for 300-400, but weren’t sure. The hot tub quit working and did not get repaired during our stay, even though we called immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. Our real issue was with the cleanliness of the house. The oven had liquid spillage in the bottom, fridge smelled like bleach, second floor carpet was soggy (they had a dehumidifier on that level, so a known issue.) and the table and counter tops had crumbs and food and hadn’t been wiped down from the previous guests. Bathrooms were all clean though. Also much of the furniture had not had a cloth touch anything but the top surface in years. A good deep clean at this property would benefit it tremendously. "

"We rented Sand Pebble for our family gathering. Our 3 children and all our grandchildren...A total of 20 of us.Several 20 year old and a 9 and a 12 year old.The house and it's location offered something for all of us.Great beach access and the pool was large and very nice.The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for us all.It's a short distance to most anything you would want or need.The property management was very good in communication and very prompt and courteous taking care of a couple minor issues for us.After our second installment we were told that no personnel items were supplied....They really mean it! One roll of toilet paper and paper towel...no soap, for 20 people who converged on the house after long road trips.......Our only suggestion would be that at 3000/night at least one roll of toilet paper and a hotel size soap in each bathroom would not be too much to supply for a starter.Just be sure you come with your supplies. We had our paper products but were short on soap.We all loved the house and would highly recommend it for any family or large group."
