Excellent location
First impressions of the house were good, we loved the location and ease to get to the beach. It was also within walking distance to the grocery store and donut shop which was a big plus for our group. We had a big group of adults and one baby so the size of the house was perfect. We did not like the vagueness of our check in time, this meant that the family members with the baby could not arrive until the next day. I understand this is because of the Covid conditions but even so we should have been able to get a more accurate time in advance of our arrival day than between 4 and 9pm! The house is in need of some upgrades, especially in the kitchen. The glass plate in the microwave was broken on our arrival and we were not given a replacement so we had to work around it. The air hockey table does not work which was a big disappointment. We were surprised that there were no beach chairs and umbrellas at the house but luckily we were all driving so we could bring our own. We did not get the pool heated but wished we had as it was too cold to spend any significant time in it, however the hot tub was a big hit. We did enjoy our week, this is a great house to bring large families and friends together.
