"I have only taken it down to 4 star because the rooms are a little depressing, The redeeming feature is the most wonderful Onsen and all the little freebies when travelling with kids, my daughter loved the free ramen. It’s just a lovely welcoming place and first impressions certainly didn’t count here. It was truly fabulous stay due to the Onsen."
