グリーンランドから20分という立地で選びました。夕朝食付で宿泊したので、景色良いホテルでゆったりと過ごしました。アミューズメント施設は週末のみという事だったので、次はそれも楽しめる日程で利用してみたいです。バイキングメニューも充分あり、大人も子どももたっぷり美味しく頂きました。お酒がもっと飲めたらアルコールメニューも楽しめたのにな～。温泉は熱すぎないお湯で、子ども達も入りやすかったです。浴場の靴箱が返金式だったので、驚きました。喫煙スペースが指定階のどこか分からなくて、同行者は困っていました。（歩けば分かったようです）スタッフさんの挨拶や対応も良く、気持ちい良く過ごせました。

ご飯は大変美味しかったんですが、バイキングの別料金が高過ぎる。館内施設も古いし、プールの脱衣所は臭いし、全体的に清潔感に掛けてたと思います。

駐車場無料、朝食バイキングも満足長く滞在してプールを利用したかったが、スケジュールの都合でかなわなかったのが残念温泉も広々してとても気持ちよかった

市街地から非常に遠隔な場所に立地しているのに、夕食なしのプランはどうかと思う。宴会場などを開放して、会席などを提供したらいいと思う。事前に受付に食事処を問い合わせたが、女性の受付が応対し、れすとらん等は紹介出来ないときっぱり断わられた。女性は二人いるそうだ。check inの際、男性の受付がガイドがあると言って冊子を渡してくれた。情報を保持しているのにtelで紹介しないとは本当に面倒くさがりだと思う。指導を徹底してほしい。

スタッフのやる気のなさは感心します。

場所は人里離れた場所ですが、ロケーションがよく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。しかし、平日だから？なのか、ホテル近郊のショップもレストランも、レジャー施設も、何も開いてませんでした。夜、少しだけ食事しようと思いましたが、レストランは、バイキングのみ！ルームサービスもなし、ホテルの中にあるお土産さやんにも、パン少し（メロンパン？）カップ麺とお土産程度しかなく、結局、自宅から作ってきたおにぎりをみんなで分けて食べました。（保冷剤を入れててよかった）4人（子供2人）で泊まったのですが、予約サイトには、ベッドでも和室に布団を敷いても良いと書いてあったのに、大人2人だからベッド（ツイン）のみ使用、布団を使いたいなら、シーツ一色1,100円支払ってくださいと言われました。朝食のバイキングはとても良かったのですが、お皿を片付けていたら、スタッフが「いいです」と言われたので、『このままでいいですか？すみません』というと、「ハイハイ」と返事。女性スタッフの愛想の悪さは天下一品でした。スタッフの対応に期待せず、必要な食事などは、コンビニなどで準備しておけば、ロケーションは最高です。
