Adorable cottage with everything you could need for a stay. Immaculately clean and a simple walk to town for everything. Host was super responsive to questions and gave great info on the area. Absolutely recommend this place!

Theresa's cottage was absolutely the perfect place for a quick getaway for myself and husband. The house it beautiful, perfect size for two and came equipped with everything we needed. Not to mention the perfect location and access to town! Theresa was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish in booking and we would absolutely stay here again!

As a long time summer visitor to ACK, this cottage on stilts on a street I’d never known was a find. Quiet, cozy and well located. Great for 1-2 adults. Off street parking a plus.

Perfect getaway

Lizzie’s cottage was very clean and well stocked ! It had everything we needed for a 4 night visit, even bathrobes ! Location was excellent . Walk or bike to everything . We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, beautiful property

The location of this property is amazing. Right across from the water and walkable to downtown/the central bus terminal. The property itself was beautiful and nicely appointed.

The place can be described with one word, excellent!Everything from cleanliness, value and comfort was perfect. Very comfy bed and quiet area.We traveled with our small dog and the only thing we were not happy with was the very high dog fee.Would come again any time.

Great Cottage Great Location

Cottage has excellent management. Unit worked well for my wife and I. Locations allows easy access to Main Street. Great to be able to walk to dinner or for coffee.

Fantastic weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend at the “cottage” and would 100% come back. Great location and the setup worked well for our family with a toddler and our dog. The space was beautiful and my toddler especially loved walking across the street to look at the boats

Perfect Cottage Getaway

Theresa was a lovely host that was always quick to respond. The cottage was perfectly located, close enough to walk to town, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. The cottage was clean with all the modern amenities and views of the water. The perfect home away from home.

Very nice place close to town

We had a nice (I wish it were longer) stay here. Clean, well-appointed and cozy. Just a short walk through the side streets from the center of the village. Right next to a great fish market where you can take out clams, lobster rolls and fish and chips. Good communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out. We look forward to a longer stay in the future.

Nantucket get away

We loved the Lizzie cottage. It was bright, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town and the harbor. Relaxing music, wonderful smell, chocolates and flowers was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there was some construction going on next door so it was noisy at times. However, we spent most of the day doing things around the island so it wasn’t too bothersome to us. We would definitely stay here again

Great location - as described

Great home. Stocked with any amenities needed. We spent very little time in the home, but it had all that I can imagine needing. We found the bed to be very comfortable. While beds are quite subjective, this one was great for us. Closet and storage space was initially “hidden” in the bedroom. Had I not seen a particular episode of Real Housewives, I would not have known to press on the sections of the “wall” to open up shelf storage and closet space. Just something to be aware of, lest you get there and think there’s just one small set of drawers. The kitchen is like this also though, which I suppose makes it more obvious once you get to the bedroom! Very clean. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to just about anywhere other than Madaket and Sconset. Easily walkable to Town.
