“The place is a true gem,the attention to detail is wonderful! I loved the little glasses in the bathroom to rinse after brushing one's teeth,the makeup remover wipes,nice toiletries,the bed very comfortable; I noticed also that there was a soft pillow and another more firm pillow to accommodate different preferences i guess,the room was immaculate. As for the staff,I didn't encounter anyone,I just had contact with someone over text,and I didn't try the food either. Now the cons: No outlet or……

“The rooms are all very good. However, breakfast is charged separately and is of very poor quality, not matching the price they ask for. ”

“The hotel itself is not too bad, but our room was a horrible experience. We had rats in our AC vents on the third night and realized that there was mold on top of the shower head the last night as well as the entire property smells like sewage and it is definitely not just because of the seaweed or sagassum. It’s a horrible awful smell. Would never recommend moon palace sunrise to anyone”
