Excellent choice to explore Hawkes Bay

Great location, modern beach design and everything you need inside and out. Well fenced for dogs. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will be back.

We will definitely be back to stay next time we return to Napier. The house and garden was everything we needed and more for a lovely family holiday. Communication was quick and helpful when needed.

We biked, played table tennis, enjoyed beautiful tableware over meals, slept in, cuddled under rugs, made good use of its close proximity to town. We will book again. Fabulous place and time.

Suitable for our aging dog. Plenty of entertainment provided; nice bbq set-up and outdoor area.Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Disappointing small kitchen to work in and no microwave to work with.The pictures of outdoor area and garden were deceiving as it was smaller than depicted.Difficult to get out of property onto Latham Rd due to heavy traffic flow; pre-warning would have been appreciated.We appreciate the time of the year, but over-priced for what was offered.

Nice clean neat and tidy

Overall great place to stay - disappointed it did not have some minimum basics eg microwave or iron and ironing board … we managed to work around it but it would have been great to know that these basics would not be provided Communication was disappointing - waiting for a response for a few days made the booking process stressful Overall we enjoyed our stay
