「We couldn't recommend UNDER THE ELMS enough. The day we arrived was Hawkes Bays coldest day of the Winter so far. The heat pumps were on - the house was warm and welcoming. The gorgeous bathroom tiles were warm! Wine in the fridge, coffee in the pantry, beautiful decor....a real TREAT.」

「This was an amazing place to stay!When we arrived, the place had all the lights on, and was so welcoming, and the beautiful fire was on, the lock box meant immediate entry, and the arrival was very welcoming!The home itself is a marvel- the architecture is so beautiful, and for our group of eight adults, (our family and their partners were staying to celebrate our youngest's 18th birthday), it was just perfect!Three levels, so much room to spread out, and warm and cosy, but very spacious! 「這次選擇雙人豪華房，空間很大且設施很完善，有完整的廚房、洗碗機、洗衣乾衣機、冷暖氣，靠窗的餐桌.....讓人不太想出門(冬天)；位置距離陶波鬧區有點遠，晚上挺安靜，沒拖行李的話倒也不算太難走，大型超市也還算是可以走到的距離，整體來說還是較適合自行開車或有車接送的旅客。」

「As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many motels, but Village Resort Taupo stands out as one of the best. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is superb - it's just a 2-minute walk across the road to the lake, yet the motel itself is very quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds at the lakeside. I will absolutely be returning to stay there on my next visit to Taupo.」
