Great Vacation - Responsive Owners and Mgmt. Company

We loved the location, the property, and the communication with the owner and manager. We hit a cold streak but an effort was made to keep the pool heated. The grill was replaced when we had a problem with the valves. Furniture was comfortable and we couldn't have asked for more. We will be back. Probably one of the nicest vrbos we have stayed in.

Pleasant Plantation “pool house”!

We want to send a solid thank you to the owners and manager. We didn’t need to pester them but we also don’t consider ourselves high maintenance. Based on their thorough response before arrival, I would assume they are on top of any situation that could present. We had a wonderful time. Would absolutely come back. Fit our wants and needs. We are a family of four with a 5 & 8yo. Solid pros: -Well maintained home and property -heated, well maintained, screened-in, mostly private, salt water pool and patio overlooking a lake/pond - back covered patio is always shaded! Pool has good sun/shade mix exposure. Win win. -Easy 15-20 min drive from the beach -owners were ok with borrowing beach chairs and sand toys which is a plus not having to haul those items around (we liked the beach chairs so much they are now on my purchase list). Did I mention they had beach towels as well. Felt like I was back at the Pink Shell. - kids enjoyed the scooters while we went for walks -quiet neighborhood (we are used to country living so that’s saying something) -friendly neighbors -you could practically walk to Publix for groceries -anytime fitness less than a 5 min commute, athletica fitness even closer -nice shower head in the main bathroom (we have flipped/remodeled 4 homes and I always wanted one of those) -nice kitchen with eat in or formal dining 5 stars, will certainly make a trip back.

Wonderful!

This was a great house! Everything was as advertised. Super clean. Everything we needed for a great monthlong stay. Irina checked on us (text) to make sure everything was good. We never had any problems the entire time. Pool was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. Cannot say enough good things about this property! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing Home

After a long car ride it felt great to be welcomed by such a nice, clean house and check in was super easy. There is so many nice things to say about the house, I could write on and on. If we ever get the chance to come to Naples again, we'd want to stay at this house!

Lovely, welcoming home.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfy. The pool was a treat after a long day in the sun. We cooked the majority of our meals at the house but enjoyed some evenings out as well. The location was great for our trip and we were within a 15-20 min drive of local activities and restaurants. The grocery store was literally around the corner. The owner and house manager responded very timely to our inquiries.

Great Getaway in Naples

I can’t say enough nice things about this property! Everything was exactly as listed. I always worry about the cleanliness of the place when I travel, but there were no worries here. Irina was incredibly communicative, was flexible with our checkout, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is perfect for families as there is room to spread out, but also plenty of places to gather for a meal (dining room, large kitchen island, and table on the patio). Very quiet neighborhood, and close to beaches and shopping. The beach gear provided was convenient and good quality. The pool was an added bonus that the kids were in constantly. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!
