This villa was in a perfect location. Close to beaches in Naples and downtown. The house was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The pool was heaven. Property manager was very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to come back

Excellent Vacation Rental

We very much enjoyed staying at this property for our vacation. The house was roomy. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. We spent a large amount of our time in the pool area, and that was very enjoyable as well. The house is in close proximity to stores and restaurants, so that was very convenient. Overall, we very much enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return to this rental.

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed this lovely home. Spotless and well appointed, the home had everything we needed. Good beds, linens, towels and a fairly good kitchen. We literally lived on the patio with the gorgeous pool! South exposure meant we could watch the sunrise and sunset while enjoying our breakfast or dinner. We are extremely grateful that we were able to live a month in this great home. The property manager was very helpful even with things not related to the house! She responded immediately to any request or inquiries! Hope we get to stay here again!

Welcoming and clean

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children & our 18 month old granddaughter. The home is spacious and has all the amenities for us to feel comfortable during our month-long visit. During our trip we needed a few things taken care of and contacted the property manager Beate, who was both professional and prompt in resolving our concerns . The home is located only a mile from a fully stocked grocery store and half mile from an urgi-care. The neighborhood is beautiful with well maintained homes. Located less than a 15 minute drive from the Gulf of Mexico & Naple Pier. Coming from snowy North Western Pennsylvania, the hot tub, private heated pool, and close to sandy beaches, our family was very pleased with the lovely accommodation.

Nice, clean property in a great location. Slight issue with small bugs in the kitchen. The pool could have been cleaner and cooler (don't bother with the heater) and the spa warmer. Also, the pool/spa pump is on a timer that doesn't come on until ~9:30 am which makes the spa unavailable.
