Awesome Holiday Retreat!

Thank you Matt for offering such a spectacular retreat! The condo is so well cared for and has all the conveniences of being at home. I wish we could come back every year at this time for a refreshing retreat. I can't think of one thing that could have been better.

We have our own rental properties in other parts of the country and have rented others frequently. We have never found a property to be so well equipped. Every supply you can imagine, even cooking spices. Immaculatly clean and beautifully decorated. Any property can be dressed. What makes it special are the personal touches and there are many. We had two minor needs during our stay and the owner was responsive, personable and handled them immediately. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and beautiful as well. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Condo

This place is awesome! Quiet location yet close to everything. Marco Island is 20 minutes away. Naples beach is 10 minutes. (Free beach parking on 5th Ave 2 blocks east of beach). Sanibel and Captiva Islands are about 50 minutes via I75. Matt was very helpful with area info. Joe`s Diner was a great recommendation for breakfast and lunch. The Snook Inn on Marco Island had a great dinner menu.(The stuffed Grouper was fantastic!) His condo is super clean and quite comfy. He had every thing you need for a day at the beach. The umbrella really comes in handy on a hot sunny day. Thanks Matt for helping to make this a special vacation for us.

Tropical paradise community

This secured community is very well maintained as for the unit we rented. The swimming pool is very nice and clean but water gets warm in the afternoon which I guess is normal in August in Florida. The unit is key ready just park your rental car and enjoy, all beach and swimming pool floats and chairs. Unit is huge with 3 rooms one with sofa bed in the middle. Very quiet neighborhood.

An amazing condo in an amazing setting!!

Falling Waters in Naples, FL.....paradise!! This condo made it super paradise!!! Loved the outdoor kitchen area...just for hanging out at night...fans everywhere kept everything cool...pristine and welcoming with all of the amenities of home as well as bikes to get to the beautiful pool and tennis courts!! I will be staying here again soon!!

Excellent Property and Amenities A++++

My family has been renting in Falling Waters for 8 years and this property is by far the most comfortable and accommodating. Communication with the owner was smooth and seemless. The amenities were wonderful. Everything worked out so well. We will be contacting Matt again in the future for another rental.

Expectations Exceeded

Our little paradise in Naples, with all you need for the perfect vacation!

Back again, and perfect as always. This is our little paradise in Naples. The condo has all you need and then some. Falling Waters is a place to relax and enjoy with beautiful surroundings. The pool is just fantastic, and all the people are so nice. Matt has the best service as always. This is why we come back year after year. And will be back again :) Thanks again for 5 wonderful weeks, We do not want to go home to Norway!

Great place and awesome pool - great family vacation!

My wife, two 9 year old daughters and I just got home from a week long stay at matt's condo. A wonderful family vacation. Spent most of our time at the pool, which was about a 5 minute easy walk. Pool is unbelievable. Matt provided all the little things (beach chairs, sand toys, etc) and was very responsive to even small questions. Condo was very clean. Early June is perfect time to visit - with hardly anybody else around. And the few folks we met - from all over the world - were very nice. Highly recommend this place!!! Mitch

Big and very nice villa on the lake .

Very good communication with the owner Matt . The house was very clean and big enough to stay with the grand children despite the bad weather . Very comfortable for a family . Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Florida und für uns ist Naples eins der schönsten Fleckchen! In der Ferienanlage Falling Waters waren wir nun zum vierten Mal, davon die letzten beiden Male in einer der Wohnungen von Matt. Matt, ist für uns der aller aller beste Vermieter , den man sich nur vorstellen kann. Er ist immer erreichbar und steht einem immer mit einem Rat oder Tipp zu Seite. Die Wohnung ist riesig groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie ist am Ende der Community und sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Pool ist es mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern nur ein Katzensprung. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine weitere Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und einem Elektro-Grill. Wir lieben die "kleinere Wohnung", aber haben uns auch in der größeren zu Hause gefühlt. Matt, DANKE noch einmal für alles! Du hast uns auch während unserer "Flucht" vor der "wilden Irma", zur Seite gestanden und uns mit Ratschlägen versorgt. Wer nicht bei dir bucht, ist selbst schuld ;0) Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

It was Awesome!

It was the best rental property I have ever rented! It is very well stuffed with everything you possibly need. The condo size is very large, it says there is a loft - no, there is a separate private third bedroom (great surprise). It is located at the end of the community – it is very quiet around there, we hardly seen people (THE BEST!!!) we wanted to hide from everybody and this is the best place to do so. The landscape in community is the most beautiful in whole neighborhood. The pool is the best too – so quiet – you feel like you are at your own private pool! Matt was very nice and responsive to all of our needs. We definitely will be back and would recommend this rental to our friends! Thank you, Matt!

Wonderful Stay...Didn't Want to Leave!

Our stay was a perfect combination of serenity and activity. Falling Waters is a beautifully landscaped gated community perfectly located to Naples, Naples Pier, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Bang Bang shrimp at the Bonefish Grill 1500 5th avenue south and brunch at Tommy Bahamas on 3rd street are a must! The resort not only has a wide range of amenities but provides a calendar of events/activities in which everyone is invited to participate. The pool is awesome, never too crowded and only a 10 minute walk. It was ideal for swimming, sunbathing and socializing. Aquafit classes were a lot of fun as was the dip n' dog afternoon. For those who enjoy sports, there are the well maintained areas for tennis, horseshoes, putting and bocce ball. Bahama Breeze is a nicely decorated, spacious, well designed and well appointed condo with thoughtful extras such as numerous kitchen appliances, a long distance phone plan, bicycles, beach accessories, bar and wine fridges. Matt has thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai where we could relax and listen to the waterfall while enjoying breakfast and dinner or reading, doing crosswords/sudoku and enjoying conversations with family. We have only positive things to say about Matt....quick response times, courteous, accommodating, efficient. No question or request was considered trivial. Excellent communication via emails and thorough arrival and departure instructions. He was an absolute joy to work with. Thank you Matt for a hassle free vacation and fabulous stay. We are looking forward to our return visit in 2018. Patricia

Everything you need! And more!

We absolutely loved to stay here. The apartment has everything you need (and more) and is comfortable. Even the garage is filled with beach accessories like umbrellas, chairs, kids sand toys, floated etc. We went to the beach every day and it took us about 10 min to get there. After the beach we used the pool located in falling waters to finish the day. The pool is great as well! Matt was very easy to communicate with and absolutely trustworthy. We highly recommend this place and we WILL come back!!!!!!

Falling Waters was everything we'd hoped for...and more!

The Falling Waters community is warm and inviting. The people who live there are friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is fabulous and refreshing. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed, including information about sights to see and places to dine. Matt, our condo owner, was great about communicating everything we needed to know about our condo. Everything went smoothly for our arrival, our stay, and our departure. We visited the Naples Preserve, Naples Botanical Gardens, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and kayaked in Manatee Park. It was wonderful to dine at Pinchers, The Local, and Deep Lagoon. I will highly recommend this property to all my friends and relatives for future trips to the Naples area. It was a fabulously memorable time!

Absolutely beautiful!
