Family fun at South Seas Club

Every one is really nice, condos are awesome and the beach is fantastic. The restaurants and shops are wonderful. You can't beat a vacation in Marco. The resort has a great pool.

It was well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed and then some. We only encountered one minor problem with the tv late into our stay. Andrew was great about getting the issue resolved within a few hours. By the time we got back from the beach it was fixed. Everything else was perfect! I would absolutely recommend booking through Marco Island Vacation Rentals! We are already planning on and will soon be booking our next trip down there!

View is amazing, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are a good size with king size beds and the living and dining areas are spacious. The pool area is very nice and the water is heated. The beach is just steps from the pool. Parking is in a secure area and the entire area feels very safe. The South Seas Tower complex is close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay. Good value.

Had a wonderful time. Our condo was very comfy. There were 21 of us with 4 condos and all were great. Crazy Flamingo and Hoots were a couple of our favorite restaurants. Can't wait for our next visit.

Quiet condo and good location

We had a little issue finding our condo room at first, feel like more instructions from the rental agency would be helpful. There were a lot of keys to constantly deal with but after a while, we got in the swing of it. The condo itself was bigger than we thought it would be! The kitchen was well equipped, a nice dining area, the noise from living room was adequate. Enjoyed the balcony area, the only issue was we kept the doors shut most of the time as there was major repair work going on with storm damage, noise from jackhammers, pounding, etc. That part was not very restful at all, so we didn't stay at the condo only for sleeping. The bedrooms were spaced well apart which afforded privacy. The bathrooms were adequate but old, and the floor could use some serious tile cleaning. There were plenty of towels and starter items except a kitchen trash bag. The washing machines on our level were ok but far enough away that doing the laundry for the towels got to be a pain! The beach is quite a walk away from the condo, the view is ok and couldn't even hear the ocean from the condo but that could have been for the strong winds or construction going on? The pool was nice and convenient! I would say that for the price we got what we paid for. It was reasonably priced for the area. We probably would try to get in a Tower unit that is closer to the beach if we ever stayed in this area again, but if we couldn't find one we would rent this unit again.

The only down side was the building work. The noise really got unbearable at times every day Monday to Friday non stop was like trying to relax on a building site with Jack Hammers and Grinders constantly running. Some noise on an odd day would be acceptable due to the nature of the private rentals but not every day. Even thought of asking to see if we could move but due to friends visiting in the condo above decided to stay.

Couple of things to note:This condo does need updating. A television in the master bedroom is smaller than my computer screen, very old, outdated decor. But the view is marvelous. It is a walk to the actual beach but the pool is incredible. If you are here to relax and sit by the pool this is the place for you. The female employee at the pool is a little militant. She takes her job very serious and will tell you she does. Just follow the guidelines and you are fine. Overall this is an awesome vacation rental.
