We found this place very nice to stay for the week we were in Naples. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Access was pretty good considering the general chaos that is Naples traffic. The residence is essentially an apartment along a larger house but has its own driveway and access. We heard a bump one evening from the people next door, other than that, we didn't even know they were there. Easy access to several beaches and dining. Took a few minutes to get to downtown Naples, but we also weren't jammed in a hotel room while we weren't out doing things or on the beach. This is by no means a 5 star resort, but it is a great place for a family of 4 to crash for the week. The amenities were decent. It could use a little basic maintenance for little things like doors that don't latch and an open ceiling light junction box that took away from the overall appeal. Communication with the agent was good. We have stayed at other HomeAway properties with family members, but this was our first time booking by ourselves. It was a little daunting at first, but Mr. Borremans worked with us to get through it.
The only real issue we had was with the rental bikes offered in the property listing. In fairness, we didn't "order" them until just before we left for the trip but, we didn't locate them on the neighbor's back porch until evening of the second day we were there. We had plans the rest of the trip and were not able to use them at all. It was a waste of money for us. Not really a fault of the property, but an issue with the trip in general.
The photos accurately show the residence. However, the beach access is at least a half mile away and is in no way connected to the property.
Overall, It was a nice little budget place to stay in what is otherwise a very expensive area. Again, not a 5 star resort, but a comfortable place to use as home base for vacation activities.
