Beau Mer Condo with views of Naples Bay, walking distance to Old Naples

  • New to market. Escape to Naples by enjoying a stay at this large 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo within walking distance of 5th Ave-Old Naples restaurants and stores (0.5 miles) and the beach (1.5 miles). This one-bedroom condo boasts a king-sized bed and a walk-in closet with separate vanity sink that leads into the full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy views of Naples Bay from the private lanai. In-unit high-efficiency washing machine (drying racks) and 1 dedicated parking spot for a car or SUV (no large trucks or motorcycles). The building has a beautiful shared heated pool and hot tub as well as a patio area with a gas BBQ grill. Note: This condo was updated with hurricane windows in the lanai and bedroom (depicted in image 9).
