Coastal Cottage near beaches, dining & shopping!

Coastal Cottage is close to world famous beaches, and available for your trip to beautiful Naples, Florida! Enjoy the privacy of your own, single-family home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (detached), full kitchen, washer/dryer dining room table (seating for 6), patio and BBQ grill.

BEDROOMS: (1) Queen; (2) Twins. Closets in each.
BATHROOM: Full bathroom features tiled stand-up shower (no tub), separate from bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Full size fridge & freezer; oven; microwave; dishwasher; Keurig & coffee maker (filters included!): crock pot; and much more.
BACKYARD: Covered and screened lanai, as well as an adjacent open air paver deck to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
AMENITIES: Flat screen TV’s (1 in each bedroom and in living area); WiFi; Cable.
BEACHES: Delnor-Wiggins State Park (Top 10 beach as ranked by "Dr. Beach"); Vanderbilt Beach. Both are short 2-mile walk from the cottage.
BEACH ACCESSORIES: Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers are available at the house.
NEARBY: The area features many options for water sports (boat & jetski rental, fishing charters, boat tours, parasailing, etc.), golf (Tiburon Golf Course at the Ritz Golf Resort is world famous and a short 3-mile drive).

No pets or smoking on property allowed.
House is 970 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.

We are located near the property to provide the best possible service to you, and are always just a phone call away. Our family has been in Naples for over 50 years and we can help you find the hidden gems in our hometown.

Our Stay at Coastal Cottage

We came to Naples to visit my sister who had a major stroke in February. The trip was full of anxiety as we didn't know what we would find with her. The stay at Coastal Cottage was amazing. The ease of connecting with host and the whole process of arrival was perfect. Once in the house, we were amazed at how clean it was and wonderfully inviting. After long days at the hospital with my sister, this was the most perfect - calm and relaxing place to come to. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Great stay in Naples, Florida

We enjoyed our stay at this Naples Park property. The house was spotless and was perfect for our needs. Would recommend it for a couple alone or with 1 or 2 kids. Well outfitted and the property manager was easy to work with. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Not really walkable to Vanderbilt Beach for most at 1.7 miles but I did it every day with a 1.3 mile beach walk for a 5+ mile round trip. First class property.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Coastal Cottage. The place was very clean on check in. We enjoyed the extras like the beach chairs, towels and sand toys. We also appreciated texts making sure our stay was going well. We would stay again!

Great vacation house

The house was perfect for me, my husband, two year old, and 4 year old. The beach was a short drive away and the community was quiet. The area is very close to shopping and many restaurants. However, I would say that it isn't very walkable. The managers live next door and were responsive when we had a slight hiccup on arrival. I would also like to mention that this rental was one of the cleanest and most well maintained houses we have rented. Our only concern is the spin cycle on the washing machine...it may be a little unbalanced. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect rental

Coastal cottage is a perfect rental. It is a very clean two bedroom one bath place. The furnishings are very cute and the master bed is above average in comfort. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (or heat those leftovers) The screened lanai has a very nice table and chairs. And the yard is a nice size. The owner responded quickly to my requests for assistance about the remotes (roku tv) Having rented four different places in Naples Park, this one is my favorite and I will be staying again in 2021.

Fantastic place to stay - extremely clean, supplied everything we need and close to everything

Coastal Cottage was a great place to stay. When we arrived we had no problem getting into the home and the home was extremely clean. The home had everything we needed - from beach chairs, beach umbrella, large beach towels and a cooler to baggies, paper towels, good bath towels and a comfortable bed. It was was what we expected and more. We highly recommend Coastal Cottage for staying in north Naples. It is close to the beach and close to shopping.

Spotlessly clean, nicely equipped cottage in great location. So many little things that make a huge difference: fluffy towels, comfortable beds, nice sheets, beach chairs, enough cookware and dishes to prepare meals. Very convenient to beaches and shopping. Clean, cozy, close to the beach and shopping!

We had a great week, owners are very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The enclosed porch on the back of the house was used daily and we enjoyed playing in the backyard with the kids after getting home from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and ceiling fans in each room made it comfortable for us all. The house is close to Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins park so there are lots of beach options. Also there is plentiful shopping and food near by in The Mercato shopping area so you dont have to go far to get what you need. Thanks for a great week, our family really enjoyed it!
