La stanza che mi è stata assegnata non era quella scelta da me, era freddissima, non prendevano i telefoni, non funzionava il clima, aprendo la finestra ci siamo trovati all’interno del palazzo con un odore devastante! I sanitari in condizioni pessime e alla reception si trovavano persone che alle nostre richieste non sapevano minimamente rispondere alle nostre domande in quando non parlassero bene l’italiano! Reputarsi un 3 stelle è veramente vergognoso.ACCOGLIENZA PESSIMA.

Se si prendono in considerazione le camere che non affacciano sulla strada principale troppo rumorosa a qualsiasi ora della notte, la struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alcune camere necessiterebbero di un po' di manutenzione: qualche buco nella muratura...testiera del letto un po' usurata. Nel complesso la struttura è molto carina, ha anche il deposito bagagli ed una piccola sala con dei tavolino, dove prendere una bevanda e fare una chiacchierata. I gestori sono molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare le tue necessità circa l'alloggio. E' molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Napoli, per cui comodo per gli spostamenti e comunque vicino al centro storico, ma la zona non è particolarmente sicura, soprattutto in orari serali.

Otimo custo benefício. Muito próxima da estação central. O ralo do banheiro ( chuveiro) estava entupido! Nao aconselho para mulheres viajando solo.

Excelente ubicación, el personal amable, estaba roto el asiento del baño , el desagüe de la regadera estaba tapado , el control de la televisión no funcionaba, el colchón de la cama estaba viejo y deformado , no todos los enchufes eléctricos funcionaban , le falta una renovada al moviliario de la habitación
