The Space:
Welcome to the Imola Vacation Rental, a newly remodeled pool home just minutes away from the beach. This family-friendly retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in beds.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The two remaining bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for everyone.
Step outside and discover your own private oasis with a screened pool, perfect for relaxation and fun in the sun. The backyard also features a grill and outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy family-cooked meals and poolside lounging. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower and a half bathroom located by the pool.
Inside, you'll find brand-new hardwood floors throughout the house, complemented by tile in the bathrooms. All four bathrooms have been fully remodeled and feature modern walk-in showers. The open kitchen, equipped with new appliances and countertops, serves as the central hub of the home.
Both the family living room and the master bedroom open up to the pool area, inviting natural light and the refreshing Naples air.

You can walk to beaches and shopping. We would recommend a car to experience all of Naples! The location of this property puts you a convenient walk away from the beach and just a short drive from a variety of attractions around all of Naples.
Other Things to Note:
*Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day. If you decide to purchase the pool heat when you are already in the property the cost is $100/day.
*Guest is expected to sign a rental agreement for this property.
*Pool Heater is an additional add on for an additional charge. The pool will not heat without this being added on. The cost is $60 per day plus tax.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
-Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check-out time is 10 am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
