Escape to paradise in this stunning single-family home, perfectly positioned between Naples' two top beaches approx 1 mile away: Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach, recently ranked one of Florida's top 10 beaches. Take a short bike ride or stroll to either beach and soak up the sun.
This beautifully updated and furnished home boasts an open-concept living and dining area, a screened lanai, and a saltwater pool perfect for relaxation. The three bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, including two king-size beds with premium mattresses and a bunk room with full-size beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. Plus, a king-size bed is hidden in a comfy pull-out couch in the living room.
The outdoor space is designed for entertaining, with new furnishings, a gas fire pit, and a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker. Enjoy al fresco dining, cocktails, or simply lounging in the hammock. The heated pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Absolutely Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect house for our family. The backyard was amazing and we had a lot of fun memories out there. The house was very clean and they really paid attention to detail (kitchen well stocked, lots of towels, organizers in the drawers). Communication was fast and excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and location, close to beach and stores
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, also close to beaches. Management were so nice to check up on us and were available when we had a question. House is close to publix and shopping. Great stay!
