Family reunion of sorts

This was a great property for our family to come from all directions and meet in Naples Florida. The house was exactly as described, clean and spacious beautiful bedrooms with a lovely outdoor pool area. It was clean and tidy. The managers were always accessible for questions and replied within minutes if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this property close to Marco Island close to airport.

Lives the house. Clean, great pool, great location. Sauna never seemed to get hot unfortunately. Overall would def recommend

We loved the beautiful pool and the house was very clean and decorated so nicely. The couch is super comfy, comfortable beds and pillows! Our kids loved the toys they had, Great surprise! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Naples home close to the beach

We stayed here on a girls Florida trip for a few nights and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and allowed for easy hosting and gathering. The pool was great with comfortable sun beds. The location was very convenient- a quick bike ride to the ocean. We would absolutely stay here again- highly recommend!

Great house for families

Great house for big families, so much to do you barely have to leave the house. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, & sand toys when you venture out to the beach. They also had tons of games for kids & adults to play in your spare time. Easy to use app to control the pool && hot tub.

Great house in a great location!

Probably the best, updated, clean houses we’ve ever rented! It was absolutely wonderful. And the added cost to heat the pool and hot tub was totally worth it. Had to contact the management to figure out how to turn on hot tub and heat it up, and they instructed me to download the app and once I did that I had control of the lights and turning the spa on and off. Kids absolutely loved it. And the location is incredible. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and shopping as well as beaches.

Read the fine print about the spa and pool, a 72 hour notice is needed to have it heated and ready to use, also and extra fee for this amenity. The house is very comfortable and had everything we need for our quick trip

Beautiful vacation home.

This home is beautiful and offers ample space for everyone. The pool area is a nice relaxing area. You’re just little over a mile from the public access and parking for Vanderbilt Beach. Just minutes shopping and dinning options. This is one those homes you just hate to leave.

We had an amazing time at this home in Naples! The house has been beautifully renovated with modern finishes, which made our stay even more comfortable and stylish. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, so we could easily enjoy the sun and sand. The pool area was a peaceful retreat, and we spent hours relaxing by (and in) the water! The linens and towels were top-notch, adding a luxurious touch. The host was incredibly easy to reach and always helpful. We can’t wait to return!

My sons wedding

This was overall a great property . It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was central to everything we needed. We had a lot of friends staying in the area and the house got very warm when there were more than 6 people in it. Even set at 70 we had the house get up to 77 degrees when people stopped by. The pool was really nice only problem was the neighbor was blasting music for two of the days we were out there. The house itself on the inside is very cozy and we had a great time staying there.

Lovely clean and tranquil space

This is a great vacation rental. We enjoyed these comfortable accommodations mostly for sleeping, as my parents live nearby - so didn’t get to use much but it was light and airy and clean and well appointed

Overall it was good, we ended up paying extra to heat the spa and pool, however, the communication wasn't great on their end so they didn't end up being heated the whole time we were there which was frustrating. Other than that an overall good stay. I will say the pictures are a bit confusing or deceptive considering the third “bedroom” was a bunkbed and a pullout couch, which we believed were in two separate rooms when looking at the photos of the listing. We would stay here again though and recommend to others.

House was great and had lots of beds. Could have used more towels, blankets and pillows were not provided for the trundle bed or pull out couch. And no hand soap was provided just bottles of baby shampoo in the place of it. There was lots of dust on air vents and fans like those are not cleaned enough. Overall great location less than 10 mins to multiple beaches and restaurants. And great place for a large group of people.
