Wonderful home

My family and I stayed at this property in May. It was clean and in a great location. I ran along the beach (you can drive and park if you have kids, it’s just a few blocks), dinners & ice cream downtown and swimming in the pool. We loved it! We did need to contact the management company for a small issue, but they were quick to respond, friendly and took care of things right away. We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for downtown Naples. We would stay here again!

Gorgeous Home.....Truly relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: July 2022Our family had a wonderful time at the gorgeous Southern Sunset home. It was the perfect size for us. Beautifully decorated, very peaceful and location was excellent. The home was immaculate and we didn't need anything else. The only small thing we would recommend is an outdoor table/chairs for eating, incase you were wet from the pool. The indoor kitchen area is beautiful to eat at, but sometimes the kids wanted to swim/eat lunch and were still wet. The fire pit table and chairs are lovely, but too hard to eat on. Even a fold away table/chair would have been great. Otherwise we can't recommend this home enough....truly lovely. Holiday life were attentive and we didn't have any issues at all. Loved the home and hope to return soon.

Lovely home in Olde Naples three blocks from gorgeous beach

THe home was immaculate and precisely like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the house was designed well for a family with children. The property management was extremely gracious and responsive to issues we had with the hot tub.

Look No Further.

What an incredible home. It was spotless and incredibly well stocked. If i was to complain it’s that the listing and app descriptions do not inform you how well equipped the home is. Management was slow to respond so we packed unnecessary items. From spices to coffee to hairdryers it has it all. The home, pool and landscape was spotless and top notch. Garage parking was an added bonus. The neighborhood is incredible. Beaches were great and the chairs and umbrellas provided were perfect. Never had to call for any issue with the property and they were stocked with soap and all items needed for cleaning and daily life. Beds and linens were top notch. Seriously pay up and don’t think about it. We were truly sad to leave and we are very high maintenance. Not a party house with white rugs and impeccable furnishings.

Great property

Love this property. Very clean and overall great experience. I am normally a beachfront snob but this was so easy to get to the beach that was almost private. So close to everything especially the great restaurants downtown. And the team that dealt the property were all fantastic

Sooo comfortable!

If it weren't for Covid, we could have easily entertained family and friends. The lanai allowed us to open up the sliding doors and enjoy the fresh air without the bugs.

Great house - felt like home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Sunset was better than the photos and description portray. The house is perfectly located 1.5 blocks from the beach. We walked there twice each day. Since we visited during the COVID pandemic, we stayed close to home and cooked in or ordered out every day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house was very comfortable and professionally decorated. We loved the extras like blankets and pillows, outside tv, and fireplace display to name just a few. The private pool area and lanai made for great afternoons. We had an issue with both ac units but the management office was very responsible and handled it quickly. After 3 weeks we were sad to leave. Southern Sunset felt like home and allowed my children to make new memories with their grandfather. A great choice - you will love this home.
