This is a great property for a large family since the house and pool area have plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very clean. It's a quick walk to restaurants and not far from Tigertail Beach. That said, we couldn't give it an excellent rating because there were quite a few maintenance issues that needed tending to. We will send those suggestions directly to the management company. If fixed, this house would be great and we would be happy to return.

Perfect stay lots of room

The pool and hot tub in this house were perfect. It also gave plenty of room for 6 of us to have all spaces in the house. Great location close to everything and easy to access.

House needs some updating

The weather in Marco was perfect for spring break. The house needs some updating for the price. We really liked the outdoor space. Someone stopped by to tell us the hot tub needed fixed, but not sure that happened because the water was very dirty the whole week. We also found several cockroaches in the quest bathroom at the end of the week.From this location it’s not super convenient if you like the beach. Very far walk and hard to find parking at the public beaches during spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Marco Island several times, each time renting a house through Marco Rental. They have all been great but this one was the best. There are four bedrooms, two on each side of the house which gives privacy to each person. The outside area is fabulous with a large heated pool, a hot tub and plenty of areas to dine and lounge. The house is located close to Collier Avenue with shops and restaurants nearby. There are three nice bikes in the garage. The management did a great job reminding us of garbage pickup, checking in and out, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. There were eight of us staying including three kids. There was plenty of room for everybody. This place is a keeper.

The house was very nice.The hot tub was not working until our 6 th night of our stay.I wish that this would be checked prior to each rental as this happened last year with another rental company.I think if pool/hot tub is listed it should be checked as it is the big draw for the property.We had conflicting ways to turn the hot tub on between the texts we received and the book that was at the house so we thought we were doing something wrong until Monday morning when the pool company came by.The rental company was responsive but even from Monday morning it was not working until Thursday night .If this were checked we would not have lost even more time.

Perfect Summer Family Get-A-Way

We’ve never been to Marco Island before, but thought we’d give it a try. We were so happy we did. At first we thought hanging out at the beach was going to be complicated because of the limited public beach access, but we realized how close we were to Tiger-tail Beach and that there was plenty of parking. The house is also very close to grocery stores which made shopping easy. There isn’t anything that the house lacks. Pool and beach supplies are taken care of. The back patio is plenty spacious and sun or shade seating is easily available. Load the outdoor mini fridge with drinks and enjoy! We rented kayaks from Paddle Marco Island and they brought them over to the house and put them on the dock. Easy fun when the tide was high. Otherwise the pool was our number one location we hung out at. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and make meals for the family. Laundry was a breeze with the large washer and dryer. Beds were all comfortable. Sheets were soft and breathable. Plenty of towels in the closet for bathing, the pool, and the beach. Bathrooms were upscale and clean. Lots of hot water, too. Everything worked well and was just what we expected. In fact things were better than we thought and we were sad to leave. Check in and out were very simple. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and fit the entire family perfect. We did have a few things that made the house experience not so perfect. All 3 garbage cans were overflowing which made us need to bring our garbage to our relatives house who lives in Marco. There were no washcloths. The pool person cleaned pool and hot tub, the hot tub was so full of chemicals you couldn’t even remove the cover due to the smell. There were 2 propane tanks by the grill and both were empty, realized when we went to cook dinner. I have rented a few places in this area, again wanting to say the house was a great size for all of us but we definitely ran into several issues/inconveniences.

Sometimes pictures are deceiving but this house was not a disappointment in anyway. I want to buy this house and live here the rest of my life. The way the house is set up, master suite on one side and 2 other bedrooms with full bath on the other side makes it perfect for multiple families to enjoy and have privacy. The bathrooms are totally updated and beautiful. The pool and hot tub are warm and clean. The only suggestion I have is to put a step into the hot tub and a step down to ground from hot tub. It is a far step in and out for short or older people. But saying that, the hot tub was my favorite thing; the pool was my husband's. I enjoyed my vacation here and will be back.
