Excellent Rental

With local clients in the area, we opted to rent this house to work out of for 6 days straight. We found it to be excellent and the property manager was highly attentive. The home: spacious, clean, well situated in quiet neighborhood, well stocked and pleasantly decorated. Would stay again!

Nice time in Naples

Our home rental was spacious, clean, and conveniently located to all activities in Naples. The home was nicely furnished. The patio was spacious and comfortable to enjoy the spring weather. The management company communicated frequently; however, it took a few days for a slow-draining sink to be repaired. Our stay was relaxing.

First impressions can change

At first, we were surprised at the surrounding homes--not nearly as well kept as this one, but after staying a week, we fell in love with our rental home. New fixtures inside. A nice porch to relax on and equidistant between Goodlette Frank and Hwy 41. We could buzz anywhere in Naples with no problems. The house was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip. I'd consider staying here again. Naples is VERY expensive and I think we received good value for our money.

The worst neighborhood in Naples

The place was really clean and updated! It had all the necessary things for a vacation home and we loved all the beach chairs and umbrella that was awesome!! The neighborhood though, I wouldn’t rent this again just because of the neighborhood, it’s literally the worst place in Naples, I didn’t even know places like this exist here. Also, we were told to be quiet at 10pm but the neighbors had music booming and cars speeding throughout the night. Wouldn’t want to stay here again! Otherwise the house was great! Thank you

Delightful house with porch and privacy

This house was perfect for our needs: quiet, clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Very convenient location, and close to other family members gathered for a reunion nearby. Porch and patio are a nice bonus.
