Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There were two bicycles available for us and it was a safe area for riding around. Furnishings, appliances, kitchen equipment were all excellent. Owner was very responsive. For example, we asked about helmets for bicycling and he had two delivered to us. It is possible to walk to Vanderbilt beach, but it is a long walk. Better to drive and park in the garage that is one block from the beach. Short drive to groceries, restaurants, other shopping.

A Gem For Us!

We were visiting relatives in Naples and we were out and about. I wish we had more time at The Gem. It was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated!! We were able to explore the neighborhood a little and it seems to be a great location near Vanderbilt beach.

Recommend for Couples

First and foremost, property was very clean! It is minimalistic with everything you need. Nice and recent renovation. Very comfortable for party of two. Fifteen minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Neno was prompt in his replies and very accommodating. NOTE it is one of three units under one roof … limited parking … and there is a new home just being constructed next door. Despite these … we would definitely stay again!

Très bon séjour

Procédure d'arrivée parfaite, hôte hyper réactif et très accomodant (changement de machine à café, de store...). Maison bien située (mer, commerces à proximité), très bien équipée et très propre. Seul bémol, elle est compartimentée en 3 logements indépendants, (pas précisé sur l'annonce) ; selon les occupants on pouvait plus ou moins entendre les voisins. Nous garderons cependant un très bon souvenir de cet endroit !
